Inspired by Orlando’s vibrant energy, we infused the AAP conference branding with a lively watercolor motif, featuring playful symbols like butterflies, balloons, and hearts, set among fluffy clouds. To further elevate the design, we photographed AAP members and wove their images into the campaign, giving it a fresh, personal touch. The result was a fun, youthful vibe that extended cohesively across all marketing elements.




We put together a comprehensive style guide that outlined everything from fonts to color palettes and illustrations, ensuring a unified look. This guide became a crucial resource for our partners, helping them maintain brand consistency across advertising and signage. To streamline collaboration, we also created a shared digital library for easy access to all assets.

We rolled out targeted e-blasts to both members and non-members, driving registration for the conference. The campaign began with broad awareness messaging and was followed by key updates as the event drew closer. Once the conference was underway, we sent daily updates to attendees—both in-person and virtual—keeping them informed on important sessions and activities.
