MDRT's Top of the Table annual meeting hosted the elite cadre of financial professionals in Indian Wells (California) offering them the opportunity improve their golf game as they networked with their peers and discussed solutions within their industry. Being set the Hyatt Grand Champions Resort, golf became the throughline weaving its way through the scorecard invitation and the tipped in golf tee on the cover of the program book.
A green linen cover held a real golf tee and symbolically “teed-off” the meeting — then provided attendees a literal way to tee off their first round on the course. The wire-bound book clearly and consistently communicated all of the important information about the event.
The cover of each registration book personally invited members to the event by custom printing each of the recipient’s names. The book was used to announce the educational and networking opportunities available at the meeting.
Placed in the membership magazine, Round the Table, this print ad was used to engage and inspire eligible members to attend.
The materials at the event were designed to fit within the overall design theme and brand the event inside of the hotel and convention center.
