MDRT, the premier association for financial professionals, hosted their annual meeting in the incredibly scenic Vancouver (Canada). There was a level of excitement in planning for this particular trip, and that was reflected in photography that highlighted the entire journey from packing their bags to exploring the countryside to networking with their peers. Event materials were branded with a maritime color palette which extended to a flexible grid structure that effortlessly blended photography with a varied range of content.
A green and blue color palette is synonymous with this amazing city as it visually represents the ocean and trees that decorate the landscape.
Two program books were created for this event. The outer program book included the general details for the event, while a smaller program book slid into its inside pocket and communicated program specific information. This format allowed the members to bring the small book with them and leave the bigger book behind in their hotel room.
The materials at the event were designed to fit within the overall design theme we developed and brand the event inside of the convention center.
