The members of MDRT, “The Premier Association of Financial Professionals”, were invited to the organization's annual conference hosted in Indianapolis (Indiana). To play up the excitement of the this year’s location, we developed a theme around the famous Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The imagery playfully juxtaposed formal business attire with a checkered flag necktie which became a fun component to the marketing materials. These ties were for sale at the meeting and they sold out on within hours.
MDRT needed a simple and consistent way to brand their annual meeting each year. We developed this meeting identifier that could be updated year in and year out. The colors, date, and location were altered to make each meeting stand on its own, yet be a part of a recognizably consistent system. Racing yellow, black and white were used for Indianapolis to celebrate their world famous auto racing culture.
A series of print ads were designed to be visually engaging and show potential attendees that the meeting is a key ingredient for continuing their professional success.
As one of the first marketing pieces members received about the meeting was this 16-page brochure is designed to inspire and excite them to attend.
A system of signs, banners and posters was developed to brand the event inside of the convention center.
