Vancouver Annual Meeting
For MDRT’s Annual Meeting in Vancouver, the branding drew from the city’s modern architecture, crisp geometry, and cool coastal tones. A bold square pattern motif reflected Vancouver’s urban energy and structured architecture, paired with a palette of deep blues and teals inspired by its waterfront and mountain air. The design carried through every touchpoint—from signage to digital materials—creating a cohesive, sophisticated look that felt fresh, professional, and distinctly Vancouver.

Style Guide
We developed a comprehensive style guide to ensure a consistent, polished brand identity across the annual meeting. It outlined logo usage, typography, color palettes, and graphic elements, all inspired by Vancouver’s modern aesthetic. The guide ensured every touchpoint maintained a cohesive, professional look reinforcing the event’s contemporary branding.

Direct Mail
The direct mail postcard was produced in three regional versions (U.S., Canada, and Mexico) ensuring relevant messaging for each audience.
Print Ads
The print ads were designed to raise awareness and drive registrations for the annual meeting. Featuring a clean layout, compelling call-to-action, and event details, the ad encouraged attendees to learn more and register.

The social media graphics featured a wide variety of sizes and photo variations, ensuring dynamic, engaging visuals across platforms.

The PowerPoint template provided a consistent, professional look for the annual meeting's presentations.
