For a second time, Vancouver (Canada) served as the location for MDRT's annual meeting of financial professionals. The scenic views served as inspiration for this yearâ€™s event materials as a series of landscape photographs captured the natural beauty of the city. Layered on top of of these vistas were overlapping, translucent geometric triangles that housed the meeting identity and formed a graphic mountain-range element that was constant throughout all of the event's materials.
With over 12,000 attendees and four days of events, speakers, and small group sessions, the 100-page program book was well-designed and carefully organized to get everyone to the right place and at the right time.
A series of print ads were designed to show potential attendees that the meeting was not only educational, but fun as well. We created a series of standard ad sizes, as well as, a foldout ad that promoted a special event at the meeting.
The consistent graphic theme worked well in all orientations and applications.
